You will support the management and growth of strategic cargo partnerships by providing analytical, operational, and commercial support across partnership activities. The role is responsible for monitoring partnership performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational issues, and driving process standardization to ensure effective collaboration with partner airlines and stakeholders. **Accountabilities include, but not limited to:** * Analyze commercial and operational partnership data to support decision\-making — tracking volumes, rates, revenue and performance trends across strategic partners, and turning raw data into clear insights for management. * Prepare regular reports and dashboards monitoring partnership performance against set KPIs, flagging underperforming lanes or partners and surfacing data\-backed observations for management review. * Handle day\-to\-day troubleshooting of irregular interline shipments and commercial/operational issues, coordinating resolution with the relevant internal teams and partner airlines. * Support the development and upkeep of commercial, operational and digital processes and guidelines related to partnerships — helping document, standardize and roll out SOPs. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner airlines to ensure commercial and operational alignment on day\-to\-day partnership activities. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Join us as we dare to achieve what’s never been done before. ### **Qualification** **About you:** * Minimum 3 years of job\-related experience * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial and operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, with experience developing reports and performance analyses to support business decision\-making. * Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions and external partners. * Experience documenting and improving business processes, including the development of guidelines, manuals, and operational procedures. * Basic knowledge of air cargo commercial and operational processes, including partnership, interline, or network\-related activities, is preferred. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
