Support management with financial analysis and decision-making Finance \& Accounts Supervisor **Location:** Doha, Qatar About the Role Looking for a highly organized and experienced **Finance \& Accounts Supervisor** to oversee the company's day\-to\-day finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flow, supporting project financial control, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing financial reports to management. This role is ideal for a proactive finance professional who can independently manage the finance function within a growing engineering and ELV contracting company. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily accounting and finance operations. * Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. * Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. * Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. * Coordinate payroll processing with the HR Department. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. * Ensure timely invoicing and collection of customer payments. * Process supplier payments and maintain vendor accounts. * Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning. * Prepare documentation for external auditors and regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies. * Support management with financial analysis and decision\-making. * Maintain accounting records using ERP/accounting software. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Professional Certification:** ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA (completed or in progress). * Minimum **5 years of accounting and finance experience**, preferably within construction, MEP, or ELV contracting companies. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. * Experience in project accounting is highly preferred. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (Oodoo). * **Knowledge of:** WPS payroll, project costing, retention accounting, advance payment guarantees, performance bonds, and client/supplier contract administration. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. * Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
