First impressions make all the difference. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want their very first impression to be memorable — and the same applies to their departure. At checkout, we want guests to leave smiling and feeling that we cared for them throughout their stay. We aim to create a memorable and unique experience from start to finish. Our Guest Arrival Experts proactively offer a wide range of services that enable them to guide guests during arrival and departure. They are capable of performing required tasks and moving about their environment. Whether carrying out operational tasks, responding to guest requests, generating reports, or sharing local points of interest, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures every transaction is an integral part of the guest experience.
No matter your role, certain aspects are essential to our success: creating a safe workplace, complying with company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and demonstrating professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts will stand and move about (standing, sitting, or moving for extended periods) and adopt a hands-on approach to work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance). Performing these tasks (and other routine duties as assigned) effectively is essential for Guest Arrival Experts to deliver excellent guest service and positively contribute to the company’s business at all times.
