IT Manager (Odoo Expert) – Job Criteria **Position:** IT Manager – Odoo ERP **Department:** Information Technology Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and ERP applications. * Administer, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system across all business functions. * Analyze business requirements and implement Odoo modules and process improvements. * Coordinate Odoo customization, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting with internal teams and external vendors. * Ensure data security, system availability, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place. * Manage IT projects, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. * Monitor network, server, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures. * Provide technical support and training to end\-users on Odoo and other business applications. * Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. * Prepare and manage IT budgets, software licensing, and vendor relationships. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years of hands\-on experience in Odoo ERP. * Strong knowledge of Odoo functional and technical modules (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Projects, etc.). * Experience in Odoo implementation, customization, workflow automation, and reporting. * Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and Odoo development is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and database management. * Experience managing IT teams and coordinating with third\-party vendors. * Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and project management skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. Preferred Skills * Odoo Certification is an advantage. * Experience in facilities management, hospitality, retail, or service industries. * Knowledge of Power BI, business intelligence tools, and system integrations. * PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are an added advantage.
