Focus on pipeline and utility projects with significant impact We are hiring an experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** for a **KAHRAMAA Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project in Qatar**. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **large\-scale infrastructure, pipeline, and utility projects**, with proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project controls. Candidates must have relevant **Qatar project experience** and a proven track record working on **KAHRAMAA, PWA (Ashghal), and QatarEnergy projects**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline. * Minimum **10\+ years of overall experience** in construction/infrastructure project planning. * Minimum **4\+ years of Qatar experience** in a similar role. * Proven experience working on **KAHRAMAA Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Projects** is mandatory. * Experience with **PWA (Ashghal), KAHRAMAA, and QatarEnergy projects** is highly preferred. * Strong proficiency in **Primavera P6** and Microsoft Office. * Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, and EOT preparation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6\. * Prepare detailed project schedules, WBS, and resource\-loaded programs. * Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays and risks. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S\-curves, manpower histograms, and KPI reports. * Analyze critical path activities and schedule variances. * Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans for delayed activities. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. * Review subcontractor schedules and monitor project performance. * Prepare EOT submissions and delay analysis reports when required. * Support tender schedules, project execution plans, and project coordination meetings. * Forecast project completion dates and resource requirements. * Maintain project planning records and schedule documentation. **Required Skills:** ✔ Strong knowledge of construction planning and project controls ✔ Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling skills ✔ Experience in pipeline and infrastructure projects ✔ Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities ✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills ✔ Ability to manage priorities and work under project deadlines If you meet the above qualifications and have the required project experience, please send your updated CV to: **hr\_gulfcraft@outlook.com** Only candidates with relevant Qatar project experience will be considered.
