As our Senior Facilities Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our hospitality properties, ensuring that all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the highest industry standards. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing building operations, preventive maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance across our hospitality portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Facilities and Property Management: Direct the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, guest areas, office spaces, mechanical systems, and infrastructure. Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize asset life, reduce downtime, and ensure uninterrupted operations. Vendor and Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and oversee third\-party service providers while ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance. Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety standards, fire protection requirements, and environmental policies. Budget and Cost Control: Prepare and manage facilities budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Capital Projects: Support renovations, upgrades, and expansion projects from planning through execution while minimizing disruption to operations. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop facilities personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence. Risk Management and Emergency Preparedness: Establish procedures for emergency response, business continuity, and facility\-related risk mitigation. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 8 years of facilities management, property management, or hospitality engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of hospitality facilities operations, building systems, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance requirements. Leadership Capability: Proven experience managing teams, contractors, and cross\-functional projects within fast\-paced environments. Financial Management: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control operational costs, and evaluate capital investments.
