Focus on preventive maintenance and system updates for efficiency. **Location:** Qatar **Salary:** QAR 2,800 – 3000 \+ Accommodation\& Transportation **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building automation systems. * Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation. * Diagnose and resolve system faults, alarms, and software/hardware issues. * Conduct preventive maintenance and system updates. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system configurations. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. * Coordinate with contractors and facility teams for system upgrades or expansions. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a BMS Technician or in building automation systems. * Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems integration. * Familiarity with BMS software platforms and control panels. * Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. * Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and networking concepts. * Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
