Role Overview The **CMO** will be responsible for managing mobility operations, optimizing fleet performance, and driving innovation in urban transport solutions. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to align mobility initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the company’s mobility strategy in alignment with organizational goals. * Oversee motorcycle rental operations, fleet management, and customer service excellence. * Ensure compliance with Qatari transport regulations and international mobility standards. * Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth and competitive advantage. * Lead innovation initiatives in sustainable mobility, smart fleet technologies, and digital platforms. * Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for mobility operations. * Mentor and develop mobility teams to achieve operational excellence. * Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and market expansion. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 10\+ years of experience in mobility or transport leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. * Strong knowledge of Qatari transport regulations and international mobility standards. * Proven track record of managing complex fleet and mobility operations successfully. * Expertise in fleet optimization, customer experience, and emerging mobility technologies. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment.
