The role focuses on achieving sales targets, minimizing wastage, and maintaining efficient department operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the daily operations of the butchery section. * Ensure proper cutting, processing, packaging, and display of meat products. * Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness, hygiene, and food safety. * Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product ordering. * Control wastage and ensure cost\-effective department operations. * Lead, train, and motivate butchery staff to achieve department goals. * Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue. * Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service. * Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding stock requirements. * Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management. * Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely used. Requirements: * Proven experience in butchery operations or supermarket meat section management. * Strong knowledge of meat cutting, processing, and food safety standards. * Leadership and team management skills. * Good inventory and stock management knowledge. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.
