




Summary: This role involves leading and managing the leasing process, acting as the main point of contact for tenants, and ensuring successful execution of daily operations in a property management setting. Highlights: 1. Lead and manage the leasing process from application to agreement. 2. Act as the primary contact for all tenant communications and inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal and external teams for operational success. * Leads and updates the occupancy status report of the properties in daily, weekly, and monthly. * Successfully leads and manage the leasing process with new and existing tenants takes full charge of tenants upon handover from sales team, draft and send out application forms, renewal notices, tenancy agreements, coordinate and meet with tenants for signature of tenancy agreements, control required documents for tenants move in \& out approval. * Prepares the lease agreements as per the approved standards of the organization and monitors until both signed. * Acts as the main point of contact and leads all communications for all tenants. * Acknowledges and answers tenant's inquiries promptly and provides support as needed. * Effectively communicates, coordinates\& collaborates with internal teams and external brokers to ensure successful execution of daily operations \& resolve problems. * Performs a variety of administrative and documentation related tasks such as updating tracking sheets, uploading central system with documents \& data, reporting, etc. * Creates a positive customer experience and manages all inquiries in a professional manner working with real estate software (CRM, Property Finders, SAP system). **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, * Management, Accounting, or a related field * **Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or property management, with extensive experience in a mall or commercial retail environment** * Strong understanding of leasing processes, contracts, and tenant coordination * Experience in preparing lease agreements, documentation, and maintaining records * Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems * Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: Up to QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
