This role is responsible for the design, optimization, and management of industrial processes to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and cost\-efficiency. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, driving innovation and continuous improvement at our Al Khor Industrial Zone facility. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Optimization:** Lead the design and implementation of new production processes and the improvement of existing ones to enhance yield and reduce waste. * **Facility Management:** Oversee operations at Warehouse 45, ensuring all machinery and systems are maintained to peak performance standards. * **Team Leadership:** Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of Process and Chemical Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Ensure 100% compliance with Qatar’s environmental regulations and international safety standards (ISO/HSE). * **Budgeting \& CAPEX:** Manage the engineering department's budget, overseeing capital expenditure for new equipment and plant upgrades. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality Control to ensure seamless production cycles and product integrity. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
