Opportunity to lead a growing factory **Job Announcement: Resin Factory Manager** Location: Qatar **Experience in resin manufacturing is mandatory.** We are seeking a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead and operate a resin production facility in Qatar, ensuring efficient operations in line with best industrial practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and operate all factory departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, HSE) * Oversee production lines (Solvent\-based \& Water\-based Resins) * Develop production plans and achieve operational and financial targets * Improve production efficiency and reduce waste and costs * Ensure compliance with quality (ISO) and safety (HSE) standards * Supervise industrial control systems (PLC \& SCADA) * Lead and develop workforce capabilities * Coordinate with senior management, suppliers, and clients * Contribute to expansion plans and product development **Qualifications:** * 8–10 years of experience in managing chemical or resin/paint manufacturing plants * Strong knowledge of: * Polyester Resins * Alkyd Resins * Acrylic Emulsions * Experience in plant startup \& commissioning * Good understanding of PLC / SCADA systems * Strong leadership and managerial skills **Benefits:** * Opportunity to lead a growing factory * Professional work environment with development opportunities Work Location: In person
