Summary: The Logistics Supervisor oversees end-to-end logistics operations, focusing on international freight, customs clearance, and distribution of pharmaceutical and retail products. Ensure compliance with Qatar Customs and MoPH regulations The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end\-to\-end logistics operations, with a primary focus on international freight forwarding, importation, customs clearance, transportation, and distribution. The role ensures the timely and cost\-effective movement of pharmaceutical, medical, and retail products from global suppliers to company warehouses and retail locations while maintaining compliance with Qatar Customs, Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and company policies. The Logistics Supervisor leads the logistics team, manages relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and transport providers, and drives operational excellence through continuous process improvements and cost optimization. * Supervise all international freight forwarding activities, including air, sea, and land shipments. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth shipment execution. * Select the most efficient transportation methods based on cost, transit time, and product requirements. * Monitor shipment milestones from origin to final delivery. * Oversee import and customs clearance activities for pharmaceutical, medical, and retail products. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Customs regulations and MoPH import requirements. **Requirements** * Minimum 5–8 years of logistics and supply chain experience. * At least 3 years in a supervisory role. * Strong experience in international freight forwarding (air, sea, and land freight). * Hands\-on experience with importation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping. * Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, retail, or distribution companies is highly preferred. * Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents. * Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
