The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost\-effective acquisition of goods and services in line with company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing, and maintaining strong vendor relationships * Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures * Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies * Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation in an organized manner * Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure availability * Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking * Assist in cost analysis and budgeting activities related to procurement * Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procurement policies * Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement software/ERP systems * Knowledge of local market suppliers and logistics in Qatar is an advantage * Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure **Preferred Attributes:** * Problem\-solving mindset with a proactive approach * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships * Strong analytical skills and cost\-awareness **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company * Professional development and career growth opportunities Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
