We are committed to delivering high\-quality products, cost\-effective sourcing strategies, and reliable procurement services to our clients worldwide. **Position Summary** The Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting procurement and sourcing activities, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers locally and internationally * Source products and materials based on company requirements and project specifications * Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure cost efficiency * Maintain and update supplier databases and sourcing records * Support procurement managers in negotiation of pricing, terms, and contracts * Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and quality compliance * Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders * Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures * Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and new supplier opportunities * Prepare reports on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred) * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Ability to analyze pricing and supplier performance data * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Knowledge of international sourcing and import/export processes is an advantage * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities in procurement and supply chain * Exposure to international sourcing operations * Supportive and professional work environment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
