**About Us:** We are a fast\-growing Interior Design and Fit\-Out company specializing in high\-end residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a highly skilled **Draftsman** to join our technical team and support ongoing project development with precise and professional drawings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed **AutoCAD drawings**, shop drawings, and as\-built drawings for interior design and fit\-out projects. * Develop **layout plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, MEP coordination**, and material specifications. * Work closely with designers, site engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design concepts. * Update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, or design changes. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical details. * Ensure all drawings follow company standards and project requirements. **Requirements:** * Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. * Minimum 5**–7 years of experience** as a Draftsman in interior design or fit\-out industry (GCC experience preferred). * Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D). * Knowledge of **SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software** is an advantage. * Good understanding of joinery details, material specifications, and site coordination. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
