





We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition stand and interior fit\-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage exhibition stand and interior fit\-out projects from initial briefing to final handover. * Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution. * Prepare project schedules, budgets, material lists, and installation plans. * Conduct site visits, supervise onsite work, and ensure adherence to safety standards. * Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships. * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility. * Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. * Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, timeframe, and budget. * Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for all ongoing jobs. **Requirements** * Minimum **4–6 years of experience** in project management within exhibition stands, events, or interior fit\-out industry. * Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, MEP works, and production processes. * Excellent leadership, communication, and client\-handling skills. * Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and production plans. * Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. * Qatar/GCC experience preferred. * Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
