The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant branch. * Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in restaurant operations, with at least **2 years as a Restaurant or Branch Manager**. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Proficient in MS Office and restaurant POS systems. * Previous experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage.
