The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest and tenant services, handling inquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist guests, visitors, and tenants in a courteous and professional manner. * Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding facilities, services, and local amenities. * Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests as required. * Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor records. * Assist with access control and visitor registration procedures. * Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently and professionally. * Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception/concierge area. * Support administrative and customer service functions as assigned. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and customer\-oriented attitude. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. * Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in hotels, residential towers, commercial properties, or premium facilities management environments. * Immediate availability to join.
