Develop seasonal drinks and improve menu performance **Head Barista – Doha, Qatar** We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Head Barista** to join our growing café team in Doha. This is a permanent full\-time position for someone passionate about coffee quality, team leadership, operations, and customer experience. Requirements * Minimum **2 years experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista** * Currently based in Qatar preferred * Must be ready to join immediately or within **1 month notice period** * **Transferable visa is mandatory** * Strong knowledge of: * Espresso extraction * Milk texturing \& latte art * Manual brewing methods * Coffee calibration \& dialing in * Beverage costing and recipe consistency * Leadership and communication skills required * Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays Main Responsibilities * Lead daily bar operations and maintain beverage quality standards * Train, supervise, and monitor baristas and service staff * Conduct coffee calibration and recipe standardization * Manage inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and monthly counts * Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance * Monitor staff performance and improve workflow efficiency * Support management in achieving sales and revenue targets * Develop seasonal drinks and improve menu performance * Handle customer feedback professionally * Assist in opening/closing procedures and operational reporting **Qualification** * Do you have experience as a Senior Barista or Head Barista? * Do you know how to train new baristas? * Do you know how to manage inventory and supplier? * Can you handle rush\-hour operation? * Are you currently in Qatar? * Do you have a transferable visa? **apply @** rch.hiring@outlook.com Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,300\.00 per month Work Location: In person
