Whether handling guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning rooms and common areas, or managing other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals critical to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
