Focus on ensuring proper material management for project success Material Controller – Desalination Construction Project (Qatar) We are looking for an experienced Material Controller to join our team for a Desalination Construction Project in Qatar. Employment Type Full\-Time Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, record, and control all project materials at site/store. * Maintain accurate material inventory records and stock movement reports. * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, site, QA/QC, and construction teams. * Ensure materials are properly stored, identified, protected, and issued as per project requirements. * Verify delivery notes, material receiving reports, purchase orders, and material certificates. * Monitor material availability and report shortages or discrepancies immediately. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material status reports. * Control issuance of materials to site teams based on approved requisitions. * Support material reconciliation, project handover, and audit requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. * Minimum 7 years of experience as a Material Controller in construction projects. * Experience in desalination, water treatment, oil \& gas, or industrial construction projects is preferred. * GCC experience is an advantage. * Good knowledge of material handling, storage, inventory control, and documentation. * Familiarity with piping, mechanical, electrical, and construction materials is preferred. * Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Available to join immediately or within a short notice period. Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
