This role is essential in managing the flow of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling and tracking * Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery * Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and customs paperwork * Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management * Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues * Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting systems * Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations * Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination * Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and negotiation abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and deadline\-driven environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to diverse logistics and supply chain operations **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting their relevant experience.
