Translate requirements into technical specifications and provide troubleshooting **Job Summary** * Seeking a skilled **Odoo Developer** to join the team. * Responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements. * Collaborating with functional consultant to deliver technical solutions that meet client needs. * Full\-time, on\-site role based in **Doha, Qatar**. * Must be fluent in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). **Role Description** * Develop and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, HR, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc. * Write clean, scalable, and documented code using Python and Odoo framework. * Design and modify database structures, views, reports, and workflows. * Develop custom Odoo apps and integrate third\-party systems via APIs. * Work closely with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and code reviews. * Assist in deployment activities on Odoo.sh, on\-premises, or cloud platforms. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation. * Maintain technical documentation for all customizations and developments. * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless system performance and integration. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of **Odoo development framework** (Odoo versions 10, 15, 19\). * Proficiency in **Python**, **PostgreSQL**, **XML**, **JavaScript**, and **Odoo ORM**. * Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules from scratch. * Good understanding of Odoo architecture, MVC pattern, and API integration (REST/SOAP). * Familiarity with business domains such as accounting, inventory, HR, or sales. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Bachelor’s degree in **computer science, IT, Software Engineering**, or related field. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with **Odoo Enterprise** and **Odoo.sh** is a plus. * Exposure to **Git**, **Linux**, and **Docker** is advantageous. * Previous experience in a similar developer role is preferred.
