Oversee full-cycle implementations and integrations. **Job Summary** * Seeking an experienced **Senior Odoo Developer** to lead technical delivery and mentor development team. * Responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing complex Odoo ERP solutions. * Overseeing technical aspects of full\-cycle implementations and integrations. * Full\-time, on\-site role based in **Doha, Qatar**. * Must be fluent in both **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). **Role Description** * Lead the design, development, and customization of advanced Odoo modules. * Architect scalable technical solutions and guide the development team on best practices. * Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high\-quality deliverables. * Manage complex third\-party API integrations and data migrations. * Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to estimate effort and plan technical sprints. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during and after implementation. * Optimize system performance, database queries, and deployment processes (Odoo.sh, on\-premises, cloud). * Mentor junior and mid\-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance. * Lead technical documentation and solution design specifications. * Participate in client technical discussions and requirement analysis sessions. **Qualifications** * **5\+ years** of experience in Odoo development, with at least **2\+ years in a senior or lead role**. * Deep expertise in **Odoo framework** (versions 10–15\) and **Odoo Enterprise**. * Advanced proficiency in **Python**, **PostgreSQL**, **JavaScript**, **XML**, and **Odoo ORM**. * Strong experience in **Odoo.sh**, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. * Proven ability to design complex module architecture and handle large\-scale customizations. * Strong understanding of business domains such as accounting, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, or subscriptions. * Experience leading a development team and performing code reviews. * Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and decision\-making skills. * Strong communication and client\-facing technical consultation skills. * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in **computer science, IT, Software Engineering**, or related field. * Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives. * Exposure to **multiple industry implementations** (e.g., retail, healthcare, manufacturing) is highly advantageous. * Experience with **Git**, **Linux server management**, and **performance tuning** is required.
