Collaborate with departments and develop procurement strategies **Job Overview:** Saudi Global Qatar is seeking a detail\-oriented **Procurement Officer / Purchasing Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that supplies and services are acquired efficiently and cost\-effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost savings and improved service levels. * Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information. * Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and develop procurement strategies. * Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stock shortages. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or purchasing are advantageous. * **2\+** **years** of experience in procurement or purchasing coordination. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment. **Salary:** Hourly rate between **QAR 40 \- 80**, based on experience.
