At Sky Digital Corporate Services, we support growing organisations with reliable workforce, administrative and operational solutions. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can take ownership of recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations. You will work closely with department managers and senior leadership to ensure that workforce needs are met while maintaining fair, consistent and well documented employment practices. This role is suited to an experienced HR professional who can balance day to day employee support with broader workforce planning. You will help improve internal processes, strengthen employee engagement and ensure that HR activities support the company’s operational goals. Key Responsibilities **Recruitment Management:** Lead recruitment activities from workforce planning and job advertising through candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding. **Employee Relations:** Handle employee concerns, workplace issues and disciplinary matters professionally and consistently. **Performance Management:** Coordinate performance reviews, probation assessments, development plans and employee feedback processes. **HR Policies:** Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines across the organisation. **Workforce Planning:** Work with department managers to identify staffing requirements, succession needs and workforce priorities. **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Ensure that employee joining, orientation, documentation, transfer and exit processes are completed accurately. **Compensation Administration:** Support salary reviews, allowances, benefits administration and payroll related coordination. **Training and Development:** Identify training requirements and coordinate programmes that improve employee performance and management capability. **Compliance and Documentation:** Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance information and confidential HR documentation. **Employee Engagement:** Plan initiatives that improve communication, workplace culture, recognition and staff retention. **HR Reporting:** Prepare regular reports covering recruitment, turnover, attendance, performance and workforce trends. **Management Support:** Provide practical guidance to managers on employee performance, workplace conduct and HR procedures. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including experience supervising HR operations or managing a small team. **Education:** Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. **Recruitment Knowledge:** Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding processes. **Employee Relations:** Experience handling workplace concerns, performance matters and confidential employee cases. **HR Operations:** Practical knowledge of employee documentation, attendance management, benefits administration and HR reporting. **Policy Development:** Ability to create and implement clear HR policies and procedures that support consistent decision making. **Leadership:** Ability to guide HR staff, advise department managers and manage several priorities at the same time. **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to review workforce data, identify patterns and recommend practical improvements. **Technology Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR information systems, applicant tracking systems and digital record management tools. **Professional Conduct:** High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality when handling employee and company information. **Professional Certification:** CIPD, SHRM or another recognised HR qualification is an advantage.
