Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. **Job Purpose** **To plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects while also managing preventive and corrective maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth, safe, and cost\-effective operations.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Key Responsibilities** **Project Engineering Responsibilities** **• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned projects as per scope, budget, and timelines.** **• Prepare project schedules, method statements, BOQs, and technical documentation.** **• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.** **• Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.** **• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.** **• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.** **• Manage material procurement, site inspections, and quality control.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Maintenance Responsibilities** **• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities.** **• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.** **• Supervise maintenance technicians and external service providers.** **• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards.** **• Monitor maintenance costs and control spare parts inventory.** **• Attend and resolve emergency maintenance issues promptly.** **• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance logs and reports.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Health, Safety \& Compliance** **• Ensure all project and maintenance activities comply with company policies and local regulations.** **• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.** **• Ensure proper permits, certifications, and statutory compliance are maintained.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Qualifications** **• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field).** **• Relevant certifications will be an advantage.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Experience** **• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project execution and maintenance management.** **• GCC experience preferred.** **• Experience in facilities, retail, hospitality, or industrial maintenance is an added advantage.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Skills \& Competencies** **• Strong project coordination and planning skills** **• Good knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures** **• Leadership and team supervision** **• Problem\-solving and decision\-making ability** **• Good communication and reporting skills** **• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred)** **• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** **Other Requirements** **• Valid driving license (preferred/mandatory if applicable)** **• Flexibility to attend emergencies outside regular working hours** Job Type: Full\-time
