Description

**HR Associate** supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, HR coordination, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR processes across the company. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. * Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. * Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. * Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities. * Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and procedures. * Support in handling minor grievances and escalating major concerns to HR management. * Maintain positive communication and foster healthy employee relations. * Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. * Track attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll processing. * Prepare HR letters such as NOCs, experience letters, memos, and circulars. * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. * Assist in KPI tracking and performance appraisal documentation. * Ensure adherence to HR policies and reporting standards. * Support in implementing HR initiatives and employee engagement programs. * Coordinate with various departments for HR\-related requirements. * Assist in visa processing, medicals, onboarding logistics, and documentation in coordination with the PRO. * Support HR audits, reporting, and preparation of HR data for management reviews. Qualifications \& Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (F\&B/hospitality experience preferred). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of HR processes, basic labor laws, and documentation. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. * Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
