Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams **We’re Hiring: Estimation Engineer (MEP** **Fit\-Out)** Location: Qatar Main Contractor We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Estimation Engineer (Fit\-Out)** to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in **Finishing \& Interior Fit\-Out works** and proven experience in cost estimation for commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed\-use projects. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for fit\-out and finishing works * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents * Conduct quantity take\-offs and pricing * Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations * Prepare tender submissions and value engineering proposals * Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams * Monitor project costs and provide cost control support Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 5\+ years of experience in estimation, specifically in **fit\-out and finishing works** * Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling systems, MEP coordination (fit\-out level), etc. * Proficiency in similar estimation software * Strong commercial and analytical skills * Experience in Qatar/GCC market preferred Job Type: Full\-time Job Type: Full\-time
