Ideal for those early in their marketing or sales career We are looking for a motivated Sales, Marketing \& Growth Officer to help launch, promote, and grow multiple SaaS products for a Qatar\-based company. This is a full\-time remote role initially, with the possibility of transitioning to office\-based work in Qatar as the company grows. The role is hands\-on and execution\-focused. You will support sales outreach, lead generation, social media management, content creation, CRM tracking, follow\-ups, campaign testing, and weekly growth reporting. You do not need to be a senior strategist, but you must be organized, proactive, reliable, fast\-learning, and comfortable using AI tools to work faster. Key Responsibilities Sales \& Lead Generation \* Research potential customers, users, partners, and business leads. \* Build and maintain organized lead lists using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or other tracking systems. \* Prepare and send outreach messages through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels. \* Follow up with leads professionally. \* Help book demos, calls, and product discussions. \* Track interested leads, replies, objections, and next steps. Marketing \& Growth \* Help create launch plans for different SaaS products. \* Support website messaging, product positioning, and campaign ideas. \* Write simple marketing copy, product descriptions, FAQs, captions, and outreach scripts. \* Suggest ways to increase signups, demos, trials, and conversions. \* Help test different messages, offers, and channels. \* Prepare weekly growth reports. Social Media Management \* Create a monthly content calendar. \* Write captions and post ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. \* Prepare simple posts using Canva or provided brand assets. \* Schedule or publish posts if access is provided. \* Reply to basic comments and DMs professionally. \* Track which posts generate interest, clicks, replies, or leads. CRM \& Reporting \* Maintain a clear sales pipeline. \* Track lead statuses such as New, Contacted, Interested, Demo Requested, Follow\-up Needed, Converted, and Not Interested. \* Prepare weekly reports showing leads found, leads contacted, replies received, demos booked, interested prospects, common objections, and recommended next steps. AI\-Assisted Work The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to help with research, outreach messages, content writing, campaign ideas, feedback summaries, reports, sales scripts, and content repurposing. Requirements \* Good English writing and communication skills. \* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required. \* Basic sales, marketing, or lead generation experience. \* Basic social media management experience. \* Strong organization skills. \* Confident using Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Trello, Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to manage leads, outreach, sales pipelines, content calendars, campaign tracking, and weekly reports. \* Ability to follow instructions carefully. \* Ability to work remotely and report progress clearly. \* Comfortable using AI tools. \* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications \* Arabic language skills. \* Experience with SaaS, apps, startups, or digital products. \* Experience with lead generation or outreach. \* Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email campaigns. \* Canva or basic design skills. \* CRM experience. \* Experience in GCC, Qatar, or MENA markets. Who This Role Is For This role is suitable for someone who is early in their marketing or sales career but wants to grow with a SaaS company. We are looking for someone practical and execution\-focused. The role is not just about posting on social media. The main goal is to generate leads, conversations, demos, signups, and early customers for multiple SaaS products. Working Hours \& Location This is a full\-time remote role initially. The candidate should be available during reasonable business hours and able to provide regular updates. As the company grows, the role may later require working from an office in Qatar. Candidates who wish to stay with the company long term should be open to a possible future transition from remote work to office\-based work. Salary QAR 3,000 per month.
