The role works closely with senior leadership, portfolio companies, advisors, and investors to drive value creation and deliver strong returns. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, evaluate, and recommend new investment opportunities. * Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and investment modeling. * Structure transactions and support negotiations through closing. * Monitor and manage portfolio company performance after investment. * Develop and execute value\-creation plans for portfolio companies. * Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment committees. * Support exit planning, divestments, and liquidity events. * Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co\-investors, advisors, and other market participants. * Ensure compliance with fund policies, legal requirements, and internal controls. * Contribute to fundraising, LP communication, or fund administration as needed. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is often preferred. * 6 to 12\+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or related investment roles. * Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills. * Proven experience with due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder\-management skills. **Preferred Skills** * CFA or similar professional qualification. * Experience in Gulf or MENA markets. * Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and governance considerations in private equity. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions and priorities.
