Position Overview We are seeking a skilled **Backend Developer** to design, build, and maintain server\-side applications and APIs. This role requires strong programming expertise, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient backend systems. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and services. * Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Optimize server\-side logic for performance, scalability, and security. * Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, and third\-party APIs. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live environments. * Document processes and provide support to internal and external stakeholders. * Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in backend development. * Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C\#). * Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database management (SQL, NoSQL). * Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
