Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic planning Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail\-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial performance, improving internal controls, and supporting strategic decision\-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Manage all accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. * Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. * Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and working capital management. * Lead external and internal audit processes and coordinate with auditors. * Establish and maintain strong internal control systems and financial procedures. * Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. * Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff. * Support senior management with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Qualifications \& Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the textile, manufacturing, or trading industry. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
