Supportive and collaborative work environment **IT Support Specialist** **Weydaa LLC – Weydaa LLC** **Location: Al Rayyan** Overview Weydaa LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our technical team in Al Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations across all departments. Key Responsibilities * Provide first and second\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services * Troubleshoot system and network problems in a timely manner * Support Microsoft Windows environments and common business applications * Assist in IT security practices such as antivirus management, backups, and system updates * Document technical procedures, solutions, and IT inventory * Collaborate with vendors and service providers when required * Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2\+ years of experience in IT support or similar role * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 * Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN) * Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Good communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills * Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace) * Knowledge of IT ticketing systems * Basic cybersecurity awareness and practices * Familiarity with Active Directory and server administration What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Professional growth and training opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Exposure to modern IT infrastructure and systems نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
