The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence. * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. * Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. * Maintain accurate filing systems and company records. * Perform data entry and update databases. * Coordinate office supplies and administrative resources. * Assist with invoice processing and other administrative tasks. * Welcome visitors and provide general office support. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Requirements: * bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (must) * 2 yrs experience in an administrative or office support role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
