Coordinate operations and resolve issues professionally Responsible for dining hall and tea pantry service operations, ensuring efficient food service, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. **Education, Skills and Experience** * Diploma or certification in Hospitality / Catering * Shall have three (3\) years of experience in industrial catering, camps, or institutional dining * HACCP Certified * Basic computer skills for reporting * Course certificate in Basic first aid and CPR **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Ensure smooth and timely service of meals to all customers * Monitor service quality and ensure HACCP standard process are followed * Handle complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution * Maintain a friendly, respectful, and service\-oriented atmosphere * Ensure proper setup of dining hall (tables, counters, service stations) * Monitor cleanliness, arrangement, and overall appearance * Control crowd flow, especially during peak mealtimes * Ensure adequate seating and smooth turnover * Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food replenishment * Monitor and record food temperature in self\-contained digital tablet * Enforce hygiene standards (HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene) * Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment * Conduct regular checks and report non\-compliance * Ensure availability of service items (trays, dispensers, etc.) * Maintain daily service logs and attendance records * Report operational issues, shortages, or incidents to management * Maintenance upkeep of pantry equipment’s .
