Opportunity for professional development in a supportive environment **Accounting Coordinator** **Marmara Koli LLC – Doha, Qatar** **Position Summary** Marmara Koli LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Accounting Coordinator** to support the finance and accounting operations of our Doha office. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and record keeping * Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents, reports, and spreadsheets * Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances regularly * Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and customer invoicing * Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data * Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing procedures * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records * Support audits by providing required financial information and reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance support roles * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles * Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) **Preferred Skills** * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Team\-oriented with a proactive attitude **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Opportunities for professional development * Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
