Proficiency in APIs, problem-solving, and data analysis are key We are looking for a motivated Technology Specialist who will be offering technical support for addressing any potential challenges that our merchants encounter, serving as their primary point of contact for related inquiries and support. **Key Responsibilities** * · Facilitating communication and collaboration within the internal team concerning merchant requests, inquiries, and related matters. * · Generate reports to monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * · Transaction generating reports. * · Transaction Settlement: Oversee the settlement process for all completed transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. * · Technical Development: Design and develop solutions as per internal business requirements. **Qualifications** * · Proficiency in APIs, particularly in the context of REST API integration, is a prerequisite. * · Familiarity with a variety of programming languages is an added advantage. * · Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with a sharp attention to detail. * · Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with merchants and internal teams. * · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * · Excellent in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting * Knowledge of payment flows, card transactions, 3DS, refunds, settlements, and reconciliation. * Familiarity with SQL, Postman, Git, API documentation, and basic scripting. candidate should be available in Qatar only and ready to change sponsorship Pay: From QAR5,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
