Provide technical support for office and factory users **IT Support Specialist** ***For any interested applicant, kindly send your CV to hr@imcgulf.com*** **Location:** Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **IT Support** professional to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, engineering software, servers, and network systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to office and factory users while ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of all IT resources. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, hardware, and software. * Administer and support **Microsoft 365**, including user accounts, email, licensing, and security. * Manage and maintain **Windows Server 2008 R2** and **Windows Server 2022** environments. * Install, configure, and maintain engineering software, including **Autodesk** products and **Tekla Structures**. * Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, **network switches**, internet connectivity, and VPN access. * Maintain server backups, antivirus protection, and system security. * Manage IT asset inventory, including PCs, laptops, software licenses, and peripheral devices. * Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, NAS/storage devices, and other IT infrastructure. * Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for licensing, maintenance, and technical support. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration. * Hands\-on experience with **Microsoft 365 Administration**, **Windows Server 2008 R2**, **Windows Server 2022**, and Active Directory. * Experience supporting **Autodesk** and **Tekla Structures** applications. * Knowledge of network administration, managed switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall basics. * Experience in IT asset management and software license administration. * GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage. **Skills** * Microsoft 365 Administration * Windows Server Administration (2008 R2 \& 2022\) * Autodesk \& Tekla Structures Support * Engineering Software Administration * Network Switch Administration * Active Directory \& Group Policy * IT Asset \& License Management * Hardware \& Software Troubleshooting * Backup \& Security Management * Communication \& Problem Solving Pay: QAR2,576\.44 \- QAR7,523\.15 per month Work Location: In person
