Transactions and deals with our partners globally. **About the role** We are seeking a proactive B2B Account Manager based in Doha to manage key client relationships, retain and grow revenue, and act as the primary commercial and strategic contact for assigned accounts. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross\-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives. Key responsibilities * **Account ownership:** Serve as main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts; develop account plans and long\-term strategies to maximise customer lifetime value. * **Relationship management:** Build and nurture senior stakeholder relationships; conduct regular business reviews and escalate issues proactively. * **Revenue retention \& growth:** Manage renewals, identify upsell/cross\-sell opportunities, and meet or exceed account revenue and retention targets. * **Onboarding \& implementation:** Coordinate onboarding, handover to delivery teams, and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of products/services. * **Contract \& commercial management:** Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, manage pricing and invoicing issues in collaboration with legal and finance. * **Account performance \& reporting:** Maintain accurate account records and forecasts in CRM; deliver regular reports and insights on account health and pipeline. * **Issue resolution:** Act as escalation point to resolve service or delivery issues rapidly and maintain high customer satisfaction. * **Market \& client insight:** Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product, pricing, and service improvements. * **Cross\-functional coordination:** Work with sales, delivery, product, and finance to ensure client commitments are met and to drive value for both client and company. * **Compliance:** Ensure all activities adhere to local regulations and company policies. Qualifications \& experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 2–5 years’ experience in B2B account management, client services, or customer success; experience in Doha/Qatar or GCC markets preferred. * Demonstrated track record of retaining and growing corporate accounts. * Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and account management tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. * Valid work authorization to work in Qatar.
