Engage in complex maintenance and repair tasks **Full job description** **Job Title:** HVAC Controls Technician BMS – Qatar **Duration**: Long term **Job Location** :\- Doha **Working days \& hours** :\- 10 hours per day, 6 days a week **We are currently hiring an experienced HVAC Controls / Instrument Technician for a leading multinational Oil \& Gas company in Qatar.** The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **HVAC control systems, BMS/DDC, and electrical/instrumentation troubleshooting**, with the ability to handle complex maintenance and repair tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily HVAC operation, preventive \& corrective maintenance activities * Troubleshoot HVAC control and instrumentation systems including **BMS, sensors, transmitters, and pressure control devices** * Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues in HVAC systems * Perform **control panel troubleshooting and live system diagnostics** * Carry out commissioning of HVAC units and system adjustments * Troubleshoot compressors and fan motors (reciprocating, screw, rotary) * Read and interpret HVAC electrical/control drawings * Ensure compliance with **PTW (Permit to Work)** and safety procedures * Follow company policies, reporting hierarchy, and work instructions **Requirements:** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience in HVAC (controls/instrument side).** * Strong knowledge of: * **BMS / DDC systems** * HVAC control systems * Electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting * Hands\-on experience with: * Control panels * Sensors, actuators, transmitters * Automation systems * Ability to read electrical and control schematics * Experience in **industrial / oil \& gas projects preferred** * Familiarity with PTW systems ***Please note that applicants should answer the pre\-screening questions to be considered for this position*** ***THOSE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY SHOULD APPLY.
