Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations **Job Title:** HR Specialist **Company:** Amdev RDC **Location:** Onaiza District, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 18,500 per month **Job Description:** Amdev RDC is seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented HR Specialist to support and manage key human resources functions. The ideal candidate will play an important role in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes * Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures * Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases * Support payroll processing and attendance monitoring * Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures * Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns * Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes * Support training and development initiatives * Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations * Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist * Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an advantage * Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٨٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
