Summary: The Engineering Supervisor plans, organizes, and controls construction projects, supervises subcontractors, and ensures quality and compliance. Highlights: 1. Ensure project goals are met through meticulous planning and control The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for completing the assigned construction project by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub\-contractors * Supervise sub\-contractors by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance. * Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design problems, evaluating deadline estimates and adjusting as needed, and implementing change orders. * Meet construction budget by providing capital budget and annual operating information, identifying variances, and monitoring project expenses * Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements. * Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations. * Prevent interruptions and fines by enforcing and fulfilling relevant construction codes. Requirment : * Minimum 5 years of construction experience * Must have previous experience working in companies engaged in manufacture and interior fit\-out for 5\-star hotels, luxury palaces, villas, commercial, etc. * Experience working in the Middle East is required * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Information technology and computer capabilities applicable to functional responsibilities, including engineering project scheduling software. * Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to foresee the challenges that could be faced in projects. * Construction and maintenance project funding and budgeting, objective development and work scheduling. * Principles and practices of civil engineering design and construction and infrastructure maintenance. * Qatar laws, codes and regulations regarding construction and maintenance. * Trends, approaches, analysis and problem\-solving techniques used in construction, engineering, inspection and compliance processes. * Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills * Arabic language skills (advantage) Work Location: In person
